Tras algo más de un año maravilloso de estancia en Gansbaai, Western Cape, Sudáfrica, y haber tomado cientos de fotografías de fauna y flora locales, he decidido comenzar una colección de ilustraciones de estilo científico de las diferentes especies de aves observadas. Una vez dibujada la colección, los agruparé por familas y formarán parte de un proyecto editorial que espero tenga tiempo para atacar, pues se trata de un proyecto personal que no cuenta con apoyo de instituciones por el momento aunque sigo trabajando en ello ya desde España.

After just over a wonderful year in Gansbaai, Western Cape, South Africa, and having taken hundreds of photographs of local fauna and flora, I have decided to start a collection of scientific-style illustrations of the different species of birds observed. Once the collection is drawn, I will group them by families and they will form part of an editorial project that I hope will have time to attack, since it is a personal project that does not have the support of institutions at the moment, although I am still working on it from Spain.
